The rest of the day you would be out sightseeing, touring and shopping in Hong Kong, so what is the use of staying at an expensive accommodation? There is a lot of budget accommodations you can find in Hong Kong, though they may not give you as much comfort, service or pampering as expensive hotels, they are good enough to sleep at and take a shower.
